We offer the same day delivery across London and surrounding areas. We advise that all orders for same day delivery in London should be placed as early as possible, but no later than 1 pm to allow our florists time to complete the order before sending it out.
For each delivery, the cost for every order is calculated by distance, so it will vary depending on the location it will be delivered to.
If you would like your flowers to be delivered on a specific date, please select this date using the calendar feature on the product page. You will also need to select the correct shipping option on the delivery page when checking out.
Please note that if the correct shipping option is not selected and your order is paid for, the flowers will be sent by standard delivery.
Specified date delivery is only available for Infinity Rose orders.
Please note that every rose box is hand made to order and can take up to two working to days to complete, especially during busy periods.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address the buyer has entered.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address - the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. In this case, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
Every effort will be made to ensure your your order is dispatched on time for your chosen delivery date. However, it is not possible to guarantee delivery on a certain date due to our reliance on our carriers (DPD, Royal Mail, DHL).
If you have not received your item in the allocated delivery times, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can assist with your query.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they will leave you a "something for you" card, which will specify redelivery or collection options.
We always take care in packaging our flowers to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
Once your order has been shipped, you will received an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number. Just click on the tracking number provided and it will give you tracking information for your order.
