Some projects ask you to fill a space. This one asked us to fill it with a rainforest.

When we were briefed to bring Fauna & Flora's landmark conservation partnership to life, we knew this needed to be more than an event installation. It needed to be an experience – one  that made guests stop, feel something, and leave with a genuine connection to the cause.

The story was powerful: a major charitable commitment to conservation work across five countries, from the rainforests of Uganda to the coastlines of Nicaragua. Our role was to translate that story into something physical, immersive and unforgettable across three floors of a London headquarters.

The Ugandan rainforest sat at the heart of the partnership, so it sat at the heart of our design. Every botanical choice, every lighting decision, every layer of the installation was rooted in that landscape – its density, its depth, its extraordinary life. We wanted guests to walk in and immediately feel transported. Not to look at nature from a distance, but to step inside it.

This was a full-service commission. Concept development, botanical design, large-scale production, and interactive AV technology, all delivered by our team.

The journey began at ground level, beneath the building's signature staircase. Towering palms, banana leaves, ferns and cascading vines created an immediate sense of arrival. Wooden trail signposts told guests exactly where they were headed. This wasn't a lobby anymore. It was the edge of a rainforest. 

Up on the office floor, guests stepped through a rainforest arch into the Nature Box we built. Interactive digital screens invited them to explore the five countries supported by the conservation partnership. A living Wishing Tree, dressed with colourful pledge tags, offered a quieter moment of personal connection. Something to read, something to add to. A chance to leave their mark. 

On the uppermost floor, the installation reached its conclusion. A floor-to-ceiling living wall, dense with dozens of species of foliage, ferns, palms and tropical greenery, carried both brand logos in white lettering.

An experience that felt nothing like a corporate event and everything like a genuine world. Guests moved through it, engaged with it, and left with a deeper understanding of why this partnership existed and why it mattered.
