From Masquerade to Gala. Two Worlds. One Team.
When a leading global paint and design brand came to us to bring their flagship client experience to life in London, the brief was anything but simple. Four days. Multiple venues. Two major evening events.
This was a brand that understood the power of design, so the events themselves had to be a living expression of that philosophy. They didn't need a supplier. They needed a creative partner who could think, build and deliver at scale – across venues and disciplines.
A Quintessential Masquerade Ball at Grand Junction, London
Grand Junction is a Victorian gothic church in the heart of London. The perfect canvas for something theatrical.
The theme was a Harry Potter-inspired masquerade ball, and we threw ourselves into every corner of it. Guests arrived to find a dramatic Platform 9¾ entrance arch, complete with a trolley, a caged owl, robes, wands and sorting hats – a fully realised photo opportunity that set the tone immediately. The room was bathed in deep architectural lighting that shifted and moved across the stonework throughout the evening.
Tables were dressed in black linen with rich, jewel-toned floral centrepieces and candle light. A large LED screen anchored the stage, displaying thematic visuals as the evening unfolded through a sorting hat ceremony, a waltz entry, a magician, a comedy act and a DJ set that took the room well into the night.
A Timeless Gala at the InterContinental O2, London
The brief for the gala was built around an exploration of heritage, innovation and the intersection of Indian design culture with the best of British architecture and creativity. The centrepiece of the room was a 19-metre curved LED screen wrapping the full width of the stage, one of the largest we have ever delivered, carrying a bespoke visual identity throughout the evening.
The pre-function area was designed as an immersive gallery experience. We built draped fabric installations using the brand's new textile collection, weaving their product into the environment in a way that felt like a piece of art. Accompanying the installations were bespoke sculptural light pieces, easel-mounted moodboards and a London-themed photo opportunity zone featuring a full-scale red telephone box and Big Ben replica – an immediate, joyful nod to the city the guests had spent four days falling in love with.
The evening itself featured keynote speakers, a talk show panel on stage, singing waiters, and a DJ set to close. We managed all technical production – full AV, lighting design, live video feed and photography.
Full Service. One Team.
What made this project exceptional wasn't any single element. It was the seamlessness of all of them together.
Across four days and multiple venues, our team delivered floral design, large-scale structural production, branded props and signage, bespoke stationery, AV and technical production. One brief, one creative vision, no handoffs between suppliers, no brief lost in translation.
