In collaboration with Fairmont Windsor Park, we delivered a sweeping Christmas transformation across their beloved heritage estate. From a soaring 48-foot tree gracing the grounds to a grand 22-foot centrepiece anchoring the lobby, every wreath, garland and arrangement was thoughtfully crafted to honour the hotel's iconic spaces - weaving a cohesive, traditional festive narrative from the dining rooms and bars to the spa and wellness areas.

A seven-metre Peter Pan installation, born from Aqua Shard's partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital. Designed, fabricated and installed in a single night. Every element of J.M. Barrie's world found its place, layered together into something guests could lose themselves in. Tinkerbell wings flutter at three metres wide, a bespoke Neverland clock keeps watch, and Tick-Tock the Crocodile at the base.

For Britain's oldest wine and spirit merchant, established 1698, every detail was designed to honour their extraordinary heritage. Christmas trees built from wine boxes, wreaths and garlands threaded with bespoke Berry Bros & Rudd corks, handcrafted red bows, and lush sweeps of winter foliage, deep red blooms and festive berries framing arches and windows. Timeless, considered, and unmistakably them.

A festive takeover of one of London's most storied addresses. Candy-cane fabric wrapping and peppermint-inspired pillars set the tone at the entrance, leading into a grand staircase dressed with classic trees and garlands glowing around open fireplaces. Timeless tradition with a contemporary edge - heritage architecture dressed for the season.

A ski lodge comes to Chelsea. For Azzurra in Sloane Square, we brought the mountain to the restaurant: a vintage ski lift chair draped in faux fur, vintage skis, branded cushions, and christmas trees make a full photo moment. Inside, rich garlands of pine, frosted branches and navy and white baubles run the length of the dining room.

Two restaurants, two worlds. At Aqua Kyoto, a Japanese-inspired frosted forest unfolds across the space: illuminated trees with umberellas, delicate lanterns, and a torii gate draped in frosted branches. At Aqua Nueva, a warm Spanish celebration bursts with seasonal colour, anchored by a statement tree and a custom wreath adorning the restaurant's iconic bull. A tale of two Christmases, each immersive, each entirely its own.

A Nutcracker Christmas for the InterContinental O2, joyful and grand in equal measure. A towering statement tree anchors the lobby, nutcracker soldiers weave throughout the entire installation - guarding the staircase, nestled within the tree, and roaming the whimsical gingerbread village. Garlands sweep the full length of the reception desks and wind up the staircase, tying the whole festive story together.

A full two-floor festive takeover for Sandwood Events, built around a New York Home Alone theme. We designed and installed every element: a life-size gingerbread house, a Santa's grotto set against a New York skyline backdrop, an ice rink dance floor, a letters to Santa room, and a vintage yellow taxi dressed in bespoke festive foliage and custom vinyls. Traditional trees, bespoke signage, statement floral arrangements, fireplace garlands with tartan stockings, and a golden installation cascading the full length of the staircase completed the transformation.

A showpiece entrance arch for Wagtail rooftop bar, designed to stop people in their tracks. Floor to ceiling, the columns are built from dense layers of frosted pine, eucalyptus, red berries and pine cones, punctuated by oversized baubles in deep navy, cobalt and red.
