Upon arrival, guests were greeted with lush meadows set upon elegant plinths at the entrance, instantly transporting them from the urban bustle to a world of floral fantasy. The focal point of our installation was a majestic freestanding flower wall, bursting with shades of orange—the signature colour for the event. This vivid backdrop, complete with EasyJet's logo, provided an irresistible photo opportunity while embodying the warmth and energy of the brand.

Inside, we strategically placed medium floral arrangements around the bar and meadow plinths on the stage to maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the venue. These installations not only served as decorative highlights but also subtly reinforced EasyJet’s branding with their vibrant orange hues and innovative designs.

Our floral welcome sign was adorned with integrated meadows, setting the tone for an evening of elegance and partnership. This piece was particularly significant, symbolising the growth and flourishing relationships fostered by EasyJet with its partners.

We also addressed the finer details that rounded out the event’s theme, such as small table arrangements for poseur and booth coffee tables, ensuring that each guest's experience was touched by the beauty of bespoke floristry. An EasyJet Holidays sign was also elegantly placed on the glass window, enhancing the thematic branding and providing a visual connection to the airline's holiday services.

Working closely with EasyJet, we crafted each installation to reflect their corporate identity and event objectives. This partnership highlighted our ability to translate corporate brands into floral artistry, ensuring that each arrangement contributed to an atmosphere of celebration and collaboration.

For EasyJet’s annual partner event, held at the stunning SushiSamba restaurant in Heron Tower, our expertise was called upon to create an environment as dynamic and vibrant as the airline itself. We were tasked with designing floral installations that not only captured the essence of EasyJet but also enhanced the high-altitude excitement of SushiSamba, offering guests a floral experience as memorable as the views across London.
