Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Each arrangement is expertly handmade to order and for that reason we are unable to accept returns. This is also because each of our products is composed using completely natural products that have been enhanced to extend their life and as such are therefore perishable. Any product purchased that is perishable is not applicable for cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. For items that have not been processed and would like to be cancelled, we require a non-refundable administration fee.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the initial item. If your item needs to be returned, please ensure you do so in the original packaging so that it arrives back to us in a safe manner. We will not accept returns without the original packaging and customers will be liable if the product is not returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
