*If you would like your roses to be delivered on a specific day, please select the date on the cart page. You will also need to select the correct shipping option on the delivery page. Please note that if the correct shipping option is not selected and paid for, then the roses will be delivered by standard delivery. Specified date delivery is only available on Infinity Rose orders. Please note that we do not deliver on UK bank holidays and therefore if a bank holiday is selected, we will deliver the following working day.
Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Please note that all orders are hand made on order and can take up to 2 working days to create your arrangement. Please add this to the delivery time to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Orders will only be dispatched on weekdays unless requested otherwise.
Delivery outside of the UK:
Standard Delivery - Tracking will not be available with this delivery option. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Delivery times and prices will vary based on destination. Please allow three weeks for delivery - from £5.99.
Tracked Delivery - The full tracking details are available with this order. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Delivery times and prices will vary based on destination. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery - from £14.99.
